David Hill

David Hill (Dave) is the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for 1 Source Team, blending expertise in marketing, law, and a passion for Tennessee. A UK native, David holds an Ordained Bachelor's in Divinity, an LLB (Hons) in UK Law, and a CPD Level 7 in Human Resources. He plans to begin a Master's in Marketing and Law in 2025.

Before transitioning to marketing, David spent 25 years as a truck driver, earning his degrees whilst spending time on the road. He is passionate about constitutional and discrimination law and leverages his legal acumen to review contracts and ensure compliance. Additionally, David manages the technical aspects of the company's website, focusing on budgeting, statistics, and content updates.

Outside work, David cherishes family life with his wife, two sons, and four grandchildren. A devoted animal lover, he shares his home with a German Shepherd, an African Grey parrot, and a hamster. He’s a sports enthusiast, supporting Barnsley FC, the Nashville Predators, and the Tennessee Titans, also a third-dan Taekwondo practitioner and avid scuba diver.

David’s diverse experiences and dedication to integrity define his approach to both his personal and professional life. He also teaches biblical hermeneutics, sharing his passion for scripture with others.
