Shannon Gomez

Shannon Gomez is a native of Georgia and a proud graduate of Georgia Southern University. She relocated to the Upper Cumberland area of Tennessee 23 years ago, just in time to escape the hustle and bustle of Atlanta traffic.

Over the years, she has become intimately familiar with the beautiful regions of the Upper Cumberland, having lived on the Plateau in Rockwood, Crossville, and Fairfield Glade before finally settling in the Sparta/Cookeville area for the past fifteen years.

Shannon has a deep love for the outdoors and spends her free time hiking, boating, and kayaking. Tennessee is home to some of the most stunning landscapes, from picturesque hills and serene lakes to breath taking hiking trails adorned with waterfalls.

Her family, including three children and three dogs, shares this passion for nature. They spend countless hours exploring the scenic outdoor areas of Tennessee and are often found on a trail or out on the lake.

Shannon's profound appreciation for this region led her to a career in real estate. Her background in high-tech sales, where she negotiated large-scale contracts, has equipped her with the skills to navigate the complexities of home buying and selling. She leverages her knowledge of technology and digital marketing to promote properties effectively, ensuring maximum exposure on social media platforms.

Customer service is her top priority, and she prides herself on responsiveness and communication with clients. There is nothing she loves more than helping someone find their perfect home or assisting those ready to make a change.
